If you sign up on Brainly with your Facebook account, you'll always need to choose the Login with Facebook icon when logging into Brainly. You'll also need to be logged into your Facebook account on the device you're trying to access Brainly.
If you're having trouble logging in via Facebook, it's best to unlink Brainly from your Facebook application, then try logging in again. Click here for instructions from Facebook's support page.
If this is unsuccessful, you can also try resetting your password for Brainly using your registration email address, then try logging in again. Click here to reset your password.
