Tutor couldn't help me

Even though our tutors are vetted thoroughly, there is still a chance they may not be able to answer a particular question. If this happens, do not worry! Usually, in such cases, your session count gets automatically refilled. If that hasn’t happened, we will be happy to review your session manually and refill it if applicable.


So we can help you out, simply email us at subscriptions@brainly.com with the following:

  • Date and approximate time of your session
  • Subject
  • Tutor’s name

Please remember that at the end of every session, you can provide your feedback on the quality of the tutor's answer. Providing feedback is important to ensure we have equipped our tutors with the proper training and information.
