European Union Digital Services Act Resolution Options

The following only applies to users covered by the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA):

  • Brainly may take certain enforcement actions on your content or account if we believe you have violated the law or our terms and conditions and/or policies, or we may decide not to act on a report that you have submitted regarding potential illegal or policy-violating content.
  • When this happens and you disagree with our decision, you may be able to refer your matter to an out-of court dispute settlement body (however, you may first appeal Brainly’s decision by contacting us here.)
  • Brainly will work with the out-of-court settlement body where required by law. Brainly is not bound by any decisions made by these bodies.
  • For more information, including for a list of certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies, please see this European Union’s article.
