Monthly Active European Users

Modified on Fri, 13 Feb at 11:51 AM

The DSA (Digital Safety Act) is a set of regulations set by the European Commission and national authorities to keep people safe online. These rules came into effect in February 2024. Because of this, Brainly now follows them too. For example, every 6 months, we publish how many users are on Brainly every month and publish a yearly transparency report on all our moderation actions. Brainly welcomes these new regulations because we want to make sure our users have a safe place to learn.

In accordance with our obligations under the Digital Services Act (Article 24(2)), Brainly sp. z o.o. reports that it had on average 5,523,827 ‘monthly active recipients’ in the European Union member state countries between January 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
