We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and others accepted by our payment provider), as well as payments made through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please keep in mind that we do not accept prepaid cards or offer gift cards.
It's important to remember that you can update your payment information only after logging into your account on the Brainly Web.
To make the changes:
- Go to your Account Settings and select Subscription
- Select the payment information and make the changes
On the day you start your subscription, you will be billed automatically. Our subscriptions are recurring, which means they renew periodically until canceled. Please ensure your payment method is up to date so the recurring transactions can be processed.
If your payment cannot be processed even though you're using a payment method that we accept, we suggest contacting your bank or credit company to inquire about why the transaction is failing.
