Depending on how you purchase your Brainly subscription (Web/App Store/GooglePlay), the receipts should be sent automatically to the email:
- used at sign-up (purchase via Brainly Web)
- linked to your Apple ID (purchase via App Store)
- linked to your Google Account (purchase via Google Play)
If you want the receipt to be resent, please follow the instructions below:
WEB
- Request a receipt duplicate by contacting us via the form below or emailing subscriptions@brainly.com.
APP STORE
- Open the App Store
- Click on your profile icon
- Tap Media & Purchased and choose View Account
- Scroll down and select Purchase History
- Update the date range at the top if necessary
- Find Brainly Subscription and tap the Total billed
- Click on Resend to have it emailed to you again
GOOGLE PLAY
- Go to Google Pay
- Log in to your Google Account
- Click on Activity
- Select an order
