Once you activate your free trial, you have precisely 7 days to try it out. If you do not cancel your free trial within this timeframe, it will automatically turn into a subscription, and you'll be charged a subscription fee.
Please remember that uninstalling the Brainly app or deleting your account will not cancel your free trial activated via Google Play.
You can cancel your subscription activated through Google Play in two ways.
Through the Google Play
- Open the Play Store
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap on Payments & Subscriptions and then Subscriptions
- Click on Brainly app and tap Cancel Subscription
- Once your cancelation is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email from Google
Through the Brainly app
- Launch the app and log in if needed
- Click on Me in the lower right corner
- Tap on Settings
- Click on Subscribe and then the Cancel Trial
Be sure to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the subscription starts. If you cancel your free trial successfully, you'll receive an email cancelation confirmation.
