Once you activate your free trial, you have precisely 7 days to try it out. If you do not cancel your free trial within this timeframe, it will automatically turn into a subscription, and you'll be charged a subscription fee. You can see when your subscription is due to start in your Account Settings.
Please keep in mind that if you activated your free trial on Brainly Web:
- You can cancel it on Brainly Web and the Brainly app on Android.
- You CANNOT cancel it on the Brainly app on iOS. If you try to cancel your free trial on the Brainly app on iOS, you'll be redirected to Brainly Web.
To cancel your free trial on Brainly Web or on the Brainly app on Android, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account
- Brainly Web: go to your Account Settings and select Subscription
- Brainly app on an Android: go to your app Settings and select Subscription
- Select CANCEL TRIAL
Be sure to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the subscription starts. If you cancel your free trial successfully, you'll receive an email cancelation confirmation.
